CSCS is a Cambodian Non-Governmental Organization, independent from all political parties and religious organizations. CSCS was founded on August 20, 1999 and officially registered with the Ministry of Interior on January 24, 2000 (letter No. 080 sp N). CSCS has become a leading Cambodian multi-disciplinary consultancy, project management, and private investment firm. Since 1999, the CSCS NGO team has successfully completed numerous investment projects throughout Cambodia, working with the Royal Government of Cambodia, international and local companies and development agencies.
